Product Description 

Fill-Flex is a highly flexible, ready-to-use filler designed to accommodate movement in gaps, cracks, and joints without cracking or popping out. Formulated with synthetic resins and fibres, it moves with the building structure, making it the ideal solution for sealing timber frame joints, skirting boards, door frames, and external masonry cracks.

It adheres exceptionally well to a wide variety of substrates—including painted surfaces, plaster, concrete, brick, and wood—and can be painted over with both water-based and oil-based paints once fully cured.
