We hope you’ll be delighted with everything you buy at ADS. All goods that you buy from us will be packaged and sent on day of purchase unless your order falls into one of the following conditions:

• You've ordered a rug which is sent directly from our suppliers and takes around 3 weeks from date of purchase.
• You order is placed after 1pm which is the cut-off for same day dispatch.
• Your order contains an item that cannot be delivered.

Click & Collect

ADS offer a FREE Click & Collect service on all orders. Orders can be collected from our Northampton store during our standard working hours, Monday - Saturday and you will be notified by phone once your item is ready for collection.

PLEASE NOTE: Any customers who request Click & Collect at the point of ordering but request delivery will be subject to our standard delivery charge.

International Shipping

We can only currently ship to addresses within the UK mainland and can't deliver items to locations outside of the UK or in Northern Ireland.
