Owatrol Oil Rust Inhibitor & Paint Conditioner is a highly versatile, deep-penetrating oil designed to stop rust in its tracks and significantly improve paint performance. Applied directly to rusted metal, it drives out moisture and air to stabilize the surface and form a flexible, protective finish that stops further corrosion. When used as a paint conditioner, it mixes with oil- and solvent-based paints to enhance flow and leveling, eliminate brush marks, extend wet-edge working time, and increase adhesion on challenging substrates without altering paint color or sheen.
