PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Owatrol E-B Emulsa-Bond is a specialized, water-based bonding additive designed to fix adhesion problems when applying water-based paints to difficult, chalky, or porous exterior surfaces. Added directly into the first coat of masonry paint or emulsion, it penetrates deeply into friable substrates, binding loose particles to create a rock-solid foundation without requiring a separate priming coat. Ideal for weathered masonry, chalky render, pebble-dash, and aged exterior paint, it saves time and labour while preventing topcoat peeling, flaking, and blister formation.
