Leylands Trade Clear Stabilising Solution is a highly penetrative, solvent-based masonry primer engineered to prepare difficult exterior surfaces prior to painting. Specially formulated to bind powdery, weathered, and chalky residues, it creates a stable, solid base for topcoat masonry paints to adhere to seamlessly.

Designed to preserve exterior structural integrity, this clear sealer deeply penetrates porous brick, concrete, and render without altering the surface appearance. Applying this primer prevents topcoats from flaking or peeling, ensuring long-lasting performance for all Truguard masonry paint systems.
