Product Description
ISOMAT FLEX-PRIMER is a high-penetration, acrylic water-based primer designed to consolidate porous substrates and stabilize loose or crumbling surfaces (such as weak renders). By penetrating deep into the substrate's pores, it acts as a strong bonding layer for subsequent coats, ensuring proper adhesion of water-based paints, acrylic renders, tile adhesives, flexible mortars, and elastomeric waterproofing membranes.
It is suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications on materials like concrete, masonry, render, gypsum board, and chipboard. Combined with elastic coatings like ISOMAT FLEXCOAT, it forms a complete exterior waterproofing system.
ISOMAT FLEX-PRIMER has a standard consumption rate of 100–200 g/m² (or 5–10 m²/kg), depending on the absorbency of the substrate.
