PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Coo-Var 5ltr Clear Floor Primer Sealer is a high-penetration, water-based acrylic sealer engineered to bind, seal, and dustproof interior concrete and masonry floors. Formulated to deeply absorb into porous substrates, it binds loose particles to create a stable, uniform base that prevents dusting and improves the adhesion and coverage of floor paints and topcoats. Can also be used as a standalone clear sealer to protect floors against light traffic, dirt ingress, and surface staining in garages, storeroom spaces, and workshops.
