Product Description

Repair Care DRY FLEX 1 is a premium, fast-curing two-component epoxy resin designed for rapid joinery repairs, splicing, and timber restoration. Engineered for situations requiring maximum efficiency, it cures and is ready to sand and paint in just one hour at 20°C. Its solvent-free formulation provides permanent elasticity that flexes naturally with wood movement, ensuring long-lasting, crack-free repairs. DRY FLEX 1 is non-sagging, easy to model into intricate joinery profiles, and can be planed, drilled, or screwed like real timber once fully cured.

Technical Details

• Material Base: 2-Component solvent-free epoxy resin  
• Layer Thickness: 5–10 mm (at 10–25°C) or 5–15 mm (at 0–10°C)  
• Application Temperature: 0°C to 25°C  
• Pot Life / Application Period: 15–20 minutes at 20°C  
• Curing Time: Sandable and paintable in 1 hour at 20°C (for 1 cm layer)  
• Mixing Ratio: 2:1 by volume (dispensed via EASY-Q Dosing Gun)
