Zinsser Perma-White Interior Matt White - Product Overview

Zinsser Perma-White Interior Matt is a high-performance, water-based acrylic paint designed as a combined primer and finish for interior walls and woodwork. It is specifically formulated to prevent the growth of mould and mildew for up to 5 years and is ideal for high-humidity areas like bathrooms, kitchens, and basements.

Surface Preparation & Application Notes

  1. Surface Preparation: Surfaces must be clean, sound, and free of dirt, grease, or loose paint. Remove all existing mould and mildew using a fungicidal wash before painting.

  2. Application: The product is a two-coat system for proper performance and mould resistance. The first coat primes and seals, while the second provides the durable, scrubbable finish.

  3. Special Consideration: Do not use on floors, shower enclosures, saunas, or any surface subject to water immersion or prolonged water contact. The product should not be scrubbed for seven days to allow for full curing.
