Designed to form an unbreakable bond on challenging substrates like power-floated concrete, glazed ceramic tiles, glass, and non-ferrous metals, it creates an ideal base coat before applying topcoats or floor coatings. It applies easily, dries quickly, and provides exceptional durability for commercial, industrial, and residential applications.
