Owatrol E-B Emulsa-Bond is a premium stir-in bonding primer designed to solve adhesion problems on chalky, powdery, or highly porous surfaces. Added directly to water-based masonry or emulsion paints, E-B eliminates the need for a separate, time-consuming priming coat. It penetrates deeply into weak substrates to bind loose particles together, creating a solid, stable foundation for the topcoat.
