Application & Usage Instructions
Shake the can vigorously for at least 2 to 3 minutes before use until the mixing balls rattle freely. Apply to clean, dry, and grease-free surfaces. For the best fluorescent glow and optimal opacity, it is strongly recommended to apply these neon colours over a pre-primed, solid white base coat (such as Montana White or Gold Shock White). Apply in several thin, even layers from a distance of approximately 15 to 20 centimeters.
