Product Description

Isomat FLEX PU-40 is a high-performance, one-component polyurethane adhesive and sealant engineered for high elasticity and strong bond strength. Designed for joint sealing and bonding across both interior and exterior applications, it provides exceptional resistance to weather, UV radiation, water, and mechanical stress.

It bonds securely to a wide range of building materials—including concrete, masonry, natural stone, metal, aluminum, wood, ceramic, and glass—without sagging in vertical joints. Once fully cured, FLEX PU-40 can be painted over with standard water-based paints, making it an ideal choice for structural expansion joints, perimeter sealing around doors and windows, and heavy-duty structural bonding.
