PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Benjamin Moore Insl-X Stix Waterborne Bonding Primer is a premium acrylic-urethane bonding primer engineered to adhere to the most challenging, smooth, and hard-to-coat surfaces. It forms a durable, physical bond on non-porous substrates including PVC, vinyl, tile, glass, glazed block, galvanized metal, and glossy enamels. Curing in low temperatures down to 1.7°C (35°F), this low-VOC primer levels smoothly and creates an unbreakable foundation for latex, alkyd, epoxy, and polyurethane topcoats.
