 Zinsser Watertite Mould & Mildew-Proof Waterproofing Paint is a heavy-duty, oil-based coating engineered to seal interior and exterior masonry surfaces against severe water pressure and dampness. Designed to withstand up to 34 psi of hydrostatic water pressure, it creates a smooth, bright white barrier that prevents water ingress on concrete, breeze block, brick, and stuccowork. Formulated with an EPA-registered fungicide, it actively guards against mould and mildew growth, making it ideal for basements, cellars, retainers, and high-moisture masonry walls.
