PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3 Primer & Sealer is a high-performance, water-based acrylic primer, sealer, and stain killer designed for interior and exterior surfaces. Formulated to adhere firmly to smooth, non-porous materials without sanding, it effectively seals porous substrates like drywall and masonry while blocking stains from water, grease, rust, and crayon. Its fast-drying, rust-inhibitive formula resists muold and mildew growth, creating a durable foundation for any water- or oil-based topcoat.

• Self-priming, high-adhesion formula bonds to glass, metal, tile, glossy paint, and wood without pre-sanding
