PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Zinsser B-I-N High-Adhesion Primer & Stain Sealer is the industry-standard, shellac-based primer-sealer designed for ultimate stain blocking and maximum adhesion. Formulated to stick to gloss, glass, tile, and metal without pre-sanding, it permanently seals severe interior damage including fire and smoke residue, water marks, grease, graffiti, and severe wood knot sap bleed. Its rapid-drying formula dries to the touch in just 15 minutes and can be recoated in 45 minutes, creating an impenetrable barrier against stubborn stains and odours.
